After the first 50 people, the flu shot will cost $36 per person. You may bring your insurance provider information and use it if your coverage permits. This event is for SPAAR members only.

QUADRIVALENT FLU SHOT
Protects against four flu strains (two A Strains and two B Strains)
Inactivated (dead flu virus)
Ages 3 years & up (6 months & up available if requested) 

 
Quadrivalent Flu Strains covered for the 2016-2017 season:
 an A/California/7/2009 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus
 an A/Hong Kong/4801/2014 (H3N2)-like virus
 a B/Brisbane/60/2008-like virus
 a B/Phuket/3073/2013-like virus
 
MVNA is able to bill any insurance provider. However, it is the responsibility of the participants to confirm their coverage with their provider.
