7/1/23-6/30/24 SALESPERSON & BROKER REQUIRED MODULE - Fair Housing, Agency Law, & Legal Update
This course will provide real estate licensees with knowledge of Agency relationships and duties in Minnesota. Information will also be shared on RESPA, marketing services agreements and the new loan estimate form. Common Interest Ownership properties statutes will be covered, highlighting different types of properties, disclosure obligations, and rights. Additionally, fair housing laws and resources will be covered.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. This Module Satisfies the 1-Hour Fair Housing, 1-Hour of Agency Law, and the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement. Students must pass an examination at the end of the course to receive credits for completion of the module.

Susan Dioury
Susan is a licensed attorney in Minnesota receiving her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2012 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg College in 1995. Susan served the real estate industry for over 23 years working on behalf of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® in different capacities previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Legal Counsel as well as the Chief Lobbyist in years past. Susan has been instructing real estate continuing education courses throughout her 23-year tenure in real estate on topics including Real Estate Contracts, Risk Management for Brokers and Salespersons, Fair Housing and Agency.
