Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. If you join the class after the instructor begins/sign-in sheets are removed, you are considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (no exceptions for traffic, parking, or weather). Learning objectives include understanding the role the Code plays for all REALTORS®, Comprehending the flow of the hearing process, and reviewing arbitration, case studies, and the most commonly violated articles of the Code.
