TODAY'S COURSE WILL BE OFFERED IN-PERSON ONLY. 7/1/24-6/30/25 SALESPERSON & BROKER REQUIRED MODULE: Risk Management & Minnesota License Procedures Upon completion of this course students will be able to review risk management, disclosure requirements, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and cancellations. Further, students will review license requirements, application and maintenance procedures. ⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. Once class begins, the sheet is removed and the door is shut; anyone walking into the class after that time is considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason. It doesn’t matter if the reason/excuse is traffic related, parking issues, or weather. This educational offering is pending approval recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. This module also satisfies the 1-hour Broker Module requirement. Students must pass an exam at the end of course to receive credits. He has taught pre-license and continuing education classes since 2003 in Minnesota, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, Florida and Wisconsin. Mike's energy and enthusiasm keeps students engaged and alert. Mike became an investment property owner in 1993, which sparked his interest in real estate. Since then, Mike has worked in restoring/reselling houses, rentals and sales. Mike is involved with the Minnesota Board of REALTORS® and has volunteered for many committees, including Professional Standards, Nominating, Executive and currently is on the Board of Directors for the State Association of REALTORS®.
