This class will explore ethical duties and obligations as prescribed by the Code of Ethics when working with buyers and sellers. Examples and case studies will be cited to help agents identify problems and recommendations to avoid conflicts and correct problems. This course meets the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement.

This course is approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 2.50 CE credits.
