Designed to give newer members a 'next step' comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of real estate with a hands-on learning approach to the business. DAY 1: 9 AM to 3 PM + Taxes & Financial Planning for REALTORS® + Title Insurance + Professional Courtesies (1CE) + Marketing Yourself & Your Business DAY 2: 9 AM to 3:30 PM + CMAs in NorthstarMLS (2CE) + Mortgage Programs & Pitfalls + Importance of Home Inspections + Negotiation Mapping (2CE) DAY 3: 9 AM to 12:30 PM + Instanet & Authentisign Basics (2.5CE) + Home Warranties All classes must be completed during the 3-day session to complete this portion of SPAAR's REALTOR® Success Academy. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).✔️ Per DOC guidelines: "when a student is deemed inactive or not fully participating in the course by the course monitor of failure to enter appropriate polling question response or verification codes, continuing education (CE) credit is denied."✔️ Each student must log into the class individually. More than one attendee per account or connected device to zoom will not be guaranteed to receive CE.💼 Attendees are expected to attend an online event/class provided by SPAAR in the same professional manner they would in-person.📹 Attendees are expected to have video-on during classes. At no time should an attendee be driving a car, walking the dog, or laying in their bed. These are all distractions to other attendees and are not exhibiting the same professional behavior demonstrated in-person.📝 Video screenshots, chat history, and polling responses will be captured for reporting attendance and CE credits per DOC guidelines. Students must provide a cancellation request within 24 hours to the class to receive a refund for the class. Students who cancel after, do not show up, or who arrive late for class will not receive a refund and/or may incur a no-show fee.
