This class will be taught LIVE! by the same instructor as normal, and you can still interact, ask questions, etc. Please read through the guidelines and rules of attendance emailed to you prior to class to make yours and others’ experience a great one! This class provides licensees with an introduction to six real estate statistics tools available to them for their use in enhancing the experience they provide consumers seeking professional real estate services. These tools include SPAAR's Preloaded Reports and Statistics; NorthstarMLS' the Matrix "Stats" Tab, INRIX Drive Time Search and lnfoSparks; as well as the National Association of REALTORS' REALTOR Property Resource and Commitment to Excellence program. Attendees will receive an overview of each of these tools and how to use them. After attending the class they will be able to provide more customized data than consumers can find on their own or on line, provide expert, local perspective and be a trusted advocate for the consumers they represent. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
