⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. If you join the class after the instructor begins/sign-in sheets are removed, you are considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (no exceptions for traffic, parking, or weather).



Putting REALTOR® Safety First
This course aims to instill safety awareness and habits as second nature so that real estate professionals—as well as their clients and customers—know how to avert or respond to dangerous situations and avoid harm as they practice their profession.


This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.

Kristin Parker | AHWD, C2EX
Kristin is a professional experienced in the areas of real estate education, technology, and graphic design. She currently maintains the role of Director of Education & Events for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and is an approved Education Coordinator for SPAAR by the MN Department of Commerce. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and was previously employed by NRT, LLC & Coldwell Banker Burnet for nearly 15 years where she developed experience working with and supporting Real Estate Professionals in a variety of roles and challenges. Kristin realized the joy of teaching when she began to author presentations and deliver non-credit classes to Coldwell Banker Burnet agents in and around the Twin Cities. She has previously created and taught on a variety of topics including technology, social media marketing for business, and the basics of MLS tools.

SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows:

SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 no-show fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.
