This program is part of SPAAR's REALTOR® Success Academy.
All classes on both days must be completed to complete the program.
 
This 2nd step of the Academy is designed to give students a 'next step' comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of real estate with a hands-on learning approach to the business.


DAY 2

11:15 AM Using Statistics... (1CE)
 1:00 PM CMA in NorthstarMLS (2CE)


⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. Once class begins, the sheet is removed and the door is shut; anyone walking into the class after that time is considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason. It doesn’t matter if the reason/excuse is traffic related, parking issues, or weather.

✔️ Be respectful and courteous of your peers. Not only is this good business practice, any attendee not engaged and attentive during the class will be denied CE credits.

Individual educational offering are recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying (indicated) hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.
