DescriptionLocation This course aims to provide local REALTORS® with information that is informative and helpful as they assist homebuyers and property owners to buy and sell properties in Coon Rapids. The city of Coon Rapids wants to ensure REALTORS® representing Coon Rapids are well versed and comfortable about the City's many assets, programs, and projects that make this a desirable place to live and own property. Refund Policy – In order to receive a refund for a class you are unable to attend, you must provide a cancellation request within 24 hours of the class. Members who do not cancel within 24 hours, who arrive more than 10 minutes late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Policy – SPAAR reserves the right to cancel any courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements. If a course is cancelled, students will be notified by 5:00pm the day prior to, and will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
