Working with Seniors
Working with Seniors equips real estate professionals with a practical, empathetic framework for serving the 55+ market with clarity and confidence. Agents learn how senior life stages, emotions, and family dynamics influence real estate decisions and how to adapt communication, pacing, and process accordingly. The course provides tools for creating senior-friendly workflows, coordinating support resources, and reducing stress during major life transitions.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.

Purchased courses will be available on the student's SPAAR Community Campus (spaarcc.com) account dashboard for 12 months from the date of registration (purchase date) or until the Minnesota Department of Commerce course approval expiration date, whichever date is sooner.
