Reports of Code of Ethics, Fair Housing testers, and misbehaviors among some REALTORS® have caused concerns about the reputation of this profession and how we, as professional REALTORS®, can do more in messaging with our sphere marketing to combat the negativity – do a better job – and tell the whole story of what a REALTOR® actually does. Understanding the Code and its requirements makes us better REALTORS®. This course guides us through ALL articles of the Code with emphasis on the most misunderstood and/or are most violated – with new case studies! REALTORS® will learn how Fair Housing *should* impact their business and their community for the better. This course provides REALTORS® with a reliable reference for guidance in dealing with complex situations in today’s day-to-day practice of real estate.

⏱️ Be on time and do not leave the class for any period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
Attendees must sign-in prior to class start time. Anyone joining the class after the start time is considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (traffic, parking issues, and/or weather are not excused).

✔️ Be respectful and courteous of your peers. Any attendee not engaged and attentive during the class will be denied CE credits.

▶️ This course includes a 20-question proctored exam that must be passed with 70% or better to earn course credit.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 4.0 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.

SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows:

SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 no-show fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.
