You will complete 10.25 hours of your required MN license continuing education for FREE (a $100 value) with industry professionals on key real estate topics. Start growing your network and meet other real estate professionals from every side of the industry. ▶️ Bring your laptop for hands-on learning! ⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. ✔️ Orientation is required of all new REALTOR® members and must be completed within 90 days of joining the Association. Previously was an Office Administrator for 6 years, then began selling real estate since. Tricia has taught various Skillbuilder courses for 13+ years, Required Module courses and NorthstarMLS tools courses as well. She is an instructor at both Coldwell Banker University and at the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. Her strengths are in technology and different processes used by REALTORS® to help communicate with their clients and customers to complete smooth and successful real estate transactions. Kristin Parker | AHWD, C2EX Kristin is a professional experienced in the areas of real estate education, technology, and graphic design. She currently maintains the role of Director of Education & Events for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and is an approved Education Coordinator for SPAAR by the MN Department of Commerce. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and was previously employed by NRT, LLC & Coldwell Banker Burnet for nearly 15 years where she developed experience working with and supporting Real Estate Professionals in a variety of roles and challenges. Kristin realized the joy of teaching when she began to author presentations and deliver non-credit classes to Coldwell Banker Burnet agents in and around the Twin Cities. She has previously created and taught on a variety of topics including technology, social media marketing for business, and the basics of MLS tools. Mike Brennan Mike was licensed from May 1995 until February 2012. He has taught pre-license and continuing education classes since 2003 in Minnesota, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, Florida and Wisconsin. Mike's energy and enthusiasm keeps students engaged and alert. Mike became an investment property owner in 1993, which sparked his interest in real estate. Since then, Mike has worked in restoring/reselling houses, rentals and sales. Mike is involved with the Minnesota Board of REALTORS® and has volunteered for many committees, including Professional Standards, Nominating, Executive and currently is on the Board of Directors for the State Association of REALTORS®. Orientation is required of all new REALTOR members and must be completed within 90 days of joining the Association. Both days must be completed. SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows: SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.
