Learn practical strategies for protecting client information, securing devices and communications, and reducing risk throughout the real estate transaction. The course also covers Minnesota requirements for personally identifiable information (PII), cyber liability considerations, and the legal and professional responsibilities of working in an increasingly technology-driven industry. This educational offering is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
