In doing so, you will create your own checklist to ensure your own safety and the safety of your clients. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. She currently maintains the role of Director of Education & Events for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and is an approved Education Coordinator for SPAAR by the MN Department of Commerce. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and was previously employed by NRT, LLC & Coldwell Banker Burnet for nearly 15 years where she developed experience working with and supporting Real Estate Professionals in a variety of roles and challenges. Kristin realized the joy of teaching when she began to author presentations and deliver non-credit classes to Coldwell Banker Burnet agents in and around the Twin Cities. She has previously created and taught on a variety of topics including technology, social media marketing for business, and the basics of MLS tools.
