DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy This class is designed to provide REALTORS® with tools, hidden features & advanced setting to enable them to be more systematic and ensure a successful closing for their clients and customers. Students will use features to create a hassle free, paperless environment for their clients with the ease of knowing all features Instanet has to offer. Students will learn how to use Instanet and Authentisign and be able to create a “cost effective and paperless” environment for their clients. >> Students are encouraged to bring their laptops for a hands-on experience. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours (MN Statute 45.30 Subd.4a). Students are required to sign-in prior to class start to receive continuing education credits. As of October 1, 2019 this class has a $25 no-show fee.
