This 1-hour class presented by the Minnesota Homeownership Center will provide you with valuable information on becoming a trusted advisor and expanding your work with low- to moderate-income homebuyers and Minnesota’s diverse communities.


Learning Objectives
• Understand what the Minnesota Homeownership Center and the Homeownership Advisors Network are and why they matter.
• Understand how homebuyer education and counseling can benefit your clients.
• Understand how the Minnesota Homeownership Center’s non-profit partners can help you be more successful.
• Understand the free tools available that can help you be more successful when working with clients that may have barriers to homeownership or may be struggling to maintain existing homeownership (foreclosure prevention).




This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education requirements.
