Appraisal Advocacy In a competitive real estate market, a low appraisal can be the ultimate "contract killer." While agents cannot influence an appraiser's opinion of value, they can influence the quality and depth of the data the appraiser uses to reach that opinion. This course is designed to transform real estate professionals into expert advocates who can professionally and legally navigate the valuation process. Participants will move beyond the basics of "pulling comps" to learn the art of building a comprehensive appraisal package This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
