▪️Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (Minn. Stat. § 45.30 subd. 4a). ⏱️Attendees must sign-in prior to class start time.
▪️Credit may not be earned if the licensee has previously obtained credit for the same course.
▪️The course includes a 20-question exam; Passing score is a minimum of 70% score (14 correct answers).
▪️This 2025/2026 Module also satisfies the 1-hour Broker Module requirement. It does NOT satisfy any Fair Housing or Agency Law requirements.

John Anderson
John has over 40+ years of real estate experience as a salesperson/broker. He has served on RMLS board of governors, MNAR Professional Standards Committee and NAR Public Policy Coordinating Committee. John has earned the CRS, CRB, ABR, E-Pro, GRI and several other real estate designations. He has been a Real Estate continuing education instructor for several years, teaching many types of classes including agency, fair housing, seller and buyer counseling, transaction problem solving and the required modules.

In-Person Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows
▪️Students must provide a cancellation request (phone call or email) at least 24 hours prior to the class start. To cancel your class, please email spaar@spaar.com or call our office at 651-776-6000 with at least 24 hour notice.
▪️Students who do not provide 24-hour notice, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up to attend, will not receive a refund.  All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SPAAR reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason. If a course is canceled, registered attendees will be notified and given the applicable options for rescheduling and/or refunds.
