Appraisals for Agents
Appraisals are a part of many real estate transactions. As an agent, it is vital to know how they work and what happens when a surprise occurs in the process. In this course, we explore the what and how of appraisals. Through education on the process, we can help to better support clients through preparation and understanding.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
