2020/2021 Required Module - MN Disclosure Laws

This course will provide in depth details on numerous real estate licensee disclosure requirement issues, including proper disclosures required by sellers selling property "as is" and the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance.

✔️ Attendees will navigate to their class through SPAAR Community Campus online and are required to Join the Live Zoom Classroom prior to the class start time to receive continuing education credits. Please allow yourself plenty of time.

⏱️ Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Per DOC guidelines: "when a student is deemed inactive or not fully participating in the course by the course monitor of failure to enter appropriate polling question response or verification codes, continuing education (CE) credit is denied." Video screenshots, chat history, and polling responses will be captured for reporting attendance and CE credits per DOC guidelines.

⚠️ Videos must be on during classes. All attendees are expected to attend an online event/class provided by SPAAR in the same professional manner they would in-person. At no time should an attendee be driving a car, walking the dog, or laying in their bed. These are all distractions to other attendees and are not exhibiting the same professional behavior demonstrated in-person.

Note:
- Students must pass an examination at the end of the course to receive credits for completion of the module.
- Completion of this 2020-2021 General Module WILL also satisfy the 1-hour broker-module training requirement as required in 82.61(i) for 2020-2021.
- This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.

⏱️ Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).

✔️ Each student must log into the class individually.  More than one attendee per account or connected device to zoom will not be guaranteed to receive CE.

Students must provide a cancellation request within 24 hours to the class to receive a refund for the class. Students who cancel after, do not show up, or who arrive late for class will not receive a refund.
