Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. If you join the class after the instructor begins/sign-in sheets are removed, you are considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (no exceptions for traffic, parking, or weather). ▶️ Bring your laptop for hands-on learning! TransactionDesk: Advanced Features A basic understanding and comfortability of use in TransactionDesk is helpful prior to attending this course. There is no required prerequisite course, however students may find TransactionDesk: Basics to be helpful if they are not familiar with the tool. Students will learn how to better use the tools, hidden features and advanced settings within the TransactionDesk, enabling them to be more systematic and ensure a successful closing for their clients. Students will be able to use features to create a hassle free, paperless environment for their clients with ease. Students will practice creating standard setups to help clients read forms easily, create checklists, and organize digital files. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.5 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows: SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 no-show fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.
