Tricia Hase
A Minnesota licensed REALTOR® and has been with Coldwell Banker Burnet / Coldwell Banker Realty for more than 25 years. Previously was an Office Administrator for 6 years, then began selling real estate since. Tricia has taught various Skillbuilder courses for 13+ years, Required Module courses and NorthstarMLS tools courses as well. She is an instructor at both Coldwell Banker University and at the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. Her strengths are in technology and different processes used by REALTORS® to help communicate with their clients and customers to complete smooth and successful real estate transactions.


Jennifer Livingston
A seasoned real estate professional with an impressive track record of over 20 years in the industry, Jennifer embarked on her real estate journey in 1997 before obtaining her real estate license in 2001. Holding a real estate brokers license in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, she has honed her expertise to become a local market authority.

An esteemed member of the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS®, Jennifer's dedication is evident through her service on the Board of Directors from 2006-2008 and again from 2020-2025, serving as Director, Treasurer, President-Elect, and President. Kristin Parker | AHWD, C2EX
Kristin is a professional experienced in the areas of real estate education, technology, and graphic design. She currently maintains the role of Director of Education & Events for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and is an approved Education Coordinator for SPAAR by the MN Department of Commerce. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and was previously employed by NRT, LLC & Coldwell Banker Burnet for nearly 15 years where she developed experience working with and supporting Real Estate Professionals in a variety of roles and challenges. Kristin realized the joy of teaching when she began to author presentations and deliver non-credit classes to Coldwell Banker Burnet agents in and around the Twin Cities. She has previously created and taught on a variety of topics including technology, social media marketing for business, and the basics of MLS tools.

The course will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding minimal down time for updating and administration through the indicated expiration date of the course.

The course must be completed prior to the indicated expiration date of the course on the student’s campus account. Continuing education credit will not be awarded for taking the course after it loses its status as an active/approved course.

On-Demand Course Expiration Date
Purchased courses will be available on the student’s SPAAR Community Campus (spaarcc.com) account dashboard for 12 months from the date of registration (purchase date) or until the Minnesota Department of Commerce course approval expiration date, whichever date is sooner.
