DescriptionLocation Know & Tell: Sound Strategies to Meet Today’s Complex Real Estate Disclosure Requirements Minnesota disclosure laws require real estate agents to provide a wide variety of disclosures to prospective buyers. This seminar reviews general Minnesota disclosure requirements, including specific disclosures relating to adverse conditions, lead paint, water wells, individual sewage treatment systems and underground storage tanks. This seminar also reviews specific disclosures in marketing and sale of common interest community units. CICs: An Overview for Real Estate Agents: This course is dedicated to Common Interest Communities and what real estate agents need to know when dealing with community associations (including condominiums and townhouses). It gives an overview of governing documents and explains different Minnesota laws related to CIC issues. This course also targets the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA), including disclosure requirements under this act, and the role of an association’s governing documents.
