⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. If you join the class after the instructor begins/sign-in sheets are removed, you are considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (no exceptions for traffic, parking, or weather).



Environmental Topics in Real Estate: Groundwater, Wells, Septic, & Healthy Homes
This course provides an overview of selected environmental topics that are of interest to real estate professionals, including groundwater, wells, septic systems, and healthy homes/household hazardous waste. A regulatory overview of each area identifies relevant state and local statutes and ordinances. Students will learn about resources, websites, and contacts to help them as they guide clients through these topics.


This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.

SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows:
SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.

To cancel your class, please email spaar@spaar.com or call our office at 651-776-6000 with at least 24 hour notice.

SPAAR reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason. If a course is canceled, registered attendees will be notified and given the applicable options for rescheduling and/or refunds.
