Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. If you join the class after the instructor begins/sign-in sheets are removed, you are considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason (no exceptions for traffic, parking, or weather). A regulatory overview of each area identifies relevant state and local statutes and ordinances. Students will learn about resources, websites, and contacts to help them as they guide clients through these topics. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.
