DescriptionLocationDocumentsCancellation Policy To provide information about shoreline rules and programs available to homeowners, including 1) Lakeshore development and redevelopment rules; 2) St. Croix Riverway special regulations; 3) Permits required for common building projects (ex. building a deck, dock, stairway, or home addition); 4) Lake and river friendly landscaping; and 5) Assistance available to homeowners for shoreline planting projects. ✔️ Attendees will navigate to their class through SPAAR Community Campus online and are required to Join the Live Zoom Classroom prior to the class start time to receive continuing education credits. Please allow yourself plenty of time. ⏱️ Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Per DOC guidelines: "when a student is deemed inactive or not fully participating in the course by the course monitor of failure to enter appropriate polling question response or verification codes, continuing education (CE) credit is denied." Video screenshots, chat history, and polling responses will be captured for reporting attendance and CE credits per DOC guidelines. ⚠️ Videos must be on during classes. All attendees are expected to attend an online event/class provided by SPAAR in the same professional manner they would in-person. At no time should an attendee be driving a car, walking the dog, or laying in their bed. These are all distractions to other attendees and are not exhibiting the same professional behavior demonstrated in-person.
