Ryan Brown
Ryan joined the title industry in 2012 working for the family business founded by his father prior in 2001. His introduction to title research began with an initial role as the company courier, physically traveling to County courthouses to retrieve court documents, historical land records and anything else co-workers and clients needed. Ryan began coordinating closings for customers and eventually completed closings as the notary at the table, and as he developed a deeper understanding of how public records affect the various parties involved in real estate transactions, managed the company's title research, title examination and closing risk prevention processes. All of these are areas Ryan continues to manage today as Owner/President.
