Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).The course will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding minimal down time for updating & administration through the indicated expiration date of the course. The course will be combination of materials including Self-guided lessons, Case studies, Video lessons, Downloads, external links, and Knowledge checks. Course completion is defined in the system as having completed all content modules, learning objectives & activities, passing the final exam, and completing the end of course survey. The course must be completed prior to the indicated expiration date of the course on the student’s campus account. Inspections are an important part of many real estate transactions. The best way to improve the stress of the inspection is knowledge. In this course, we explore strategies for how to use inspections in a real estate transaction and gain an understanding of what the inspector role is.


This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.25 hours of credit toward continuing real estate education, provided by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®.

Lance Dunahoe
Lance is a business owner and educator who champions the importance of connections in strengthening the entrepreneurial and real estate communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As the leader of Inspect360 and co-owner of DFW Real Producers Magazine, he harnesses his entrepreneurial drive and strong sense of community to connect, support, and elevate real estate professionals and entrepreneurs.


Central to Lance's mission is his dedication to education and community engagement. Leveraging his experience as a trainer in American Airlines' flight attendant onboarding program and MAP's Business Coach, Lance firmly believes in the transformative power of education for personal and professional advancement. He aims to arm real estate agents and inspectors with the knowledge and skills they need, fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration.

As one of the initial certified trainers of The ONE Thing, Lance is passionate about sharing the principles outlined in the book to inspire focus and success among his peers. His role as a Continuing Education Trainer, certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), further allows him to contribute to the ongoing professional development of the real estate community by offering courses on a range of topics including REALTOR Liability, Home Inspection 101, and lead generation strategies.

Lance Dunahoe's efforts to build a community of entrepreneurs and real estate professionals in the DFW area are driven by his sincere wish to see others succeed. Purchased courses will be available on the student’s SPAAR Community Campus (spaarcc.com) account dashboard for 12 months from the date of registration (purchase date) or until the Minnesota Department of Commerce course approval expiration date, whichever date is sooner.
