DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy TODAY'S COURSE WILL BE OFFERED IN-PERSON ONLY. 7/1/24-6/30/25 SALESPERSON & BROKER REQUIRED MODULE Risk Management & Minnesota License Procedures Upon completion of this course students will be able to review risk management, disclosure requirements, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and cancellations. Further, students will review license requirements, application and maintenance procedures. ⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Attendees must sign-in on the attendance sheet prior to class start time. Once class begins, the sheet is removed and the door is shut; anyone walking into the class after that time is considered late and no CE can be earned – regardless of reason. It doesn’t matter if the reason/excuse is traffic related, parking issues, or weather. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. This Module also satisfies the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement. Students must pass an examination at the end of the course to receive credits for completion of the module. He has served on RMLS board of governors, MNAR Professional Standards Committee and NAR Public Policy Coordinating Committee. John has earned the CRS, CRB, ABR, E-Pro, GRI and several other real estate designations. He has been a Real Estate continuing education instructor for several years, teaching many types of classes including agency, fair housing, seller and buyer counseling, transaction problem solving and the required modules.
