Previously was an Office Administrator for 6 years, then began selling real estate since. Tricia has taught various Skillbuilder courses for 13+ years, Required Module courses and NorthstarMLS tools courses as well. She is an instructor at both Coldwell Banker University and at the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. Her strengths are in technology and different processes used by REALTORS® to help communicate with their clients and customers to complete smooth and successful real estate transactions. Zoe Liston Zoe Liston has been a REALTOR® since 1994 and is also a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser, licensed in 1998, doing both professions throughout her career. Starting in 2003, Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAR), other local associations, the National Association of REALTORS®, Kaplan, and NorthstarMLS. She was instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. Zoe was also a member of NAR 2010-2011 National Appraisal Committee and past member of the Board of Directors for MAR. She has been serving on the Agent Advisory Committee for MLS representing appraisers since its inception. In teaching for NorthstarMLS she introduces all the staff, agents, and appraisers to Matrix when new areas and associations join NorthstarMLS. She is a graduate of Cornell University and is very active in the real estate community. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
