Enhance your knowledge about the city's many assets, programs, and projects that make the community a desirable place to live and own property. This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours (MN Statute 45.30 Subd.4a). Students are required to sign-in prior to class start to receive continuing education credits. As of October 1, 2019 this class has a $25 no-show fee.
