Zoe Liston Zoe Liston has been a REALTOR® since 1994 and is also a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser, licensed in 1998, doing both professions throughout her career. Starting in 2003, Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAR), other local associations, the National Association of REALTORS®, Kaplan, and NorthstarMLS. She was instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. Zoe was also a member of NAR 2010-2011 National Appraisal Committee and past member of the Board of Directors for MAR. She has been serving on the Agent Advisory Committee for MLS representing appraisers since its inception. In teaching for NorthstarMLS she introduces all the staff, agents, and appraisers to Matrix when new areas and associations join NorthstarMLS. She is a graduate of Cornell University and is very active in the real estate community.
