Before joining NorthstarMLS, Tricia spent seven years as the MLS Administrator for the Northwestern Wisconsin MLS in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. There, she was cross-trained in both MLS and Association responsibilities. She supported ethics filings and, in 2018, became the Certified Professional Standards Administrator.
