Our two-day orientation offers an in-depth understanding into the resources, tools, and value of your membership. Education. You will complete over half (9.5 hours) of your yearly required MN license continuing education for FREE (a $95 value) with industry professionals on key real estate topics. Networking. Start growing your network and meet other real estate professionals from every side of the industry. DAY 1 - ONLINE + SPAAR Overview + Getting Started with RPR (1CE) + Real Estate Safety Matters (1CE) + Agency & Fair Housing (2CE) DAY 2 - ONLINE + Introduction to NorthstarMLS (3CE) *hands-on training; please bring your laptop + Code of Ethics (2.5CE) Orientation is required of all new REALTOR® members and must be completed within 90 days of joining the Association. Both days must be completed. Please remember to review the eLearning document sent from spaar@spaar.com prior to the class. This email contains the class handouts and ZOOM link to attend class. You will be required to log in early for attendance, engage with the instructor via chat, Q/A, and answer all the attendance polls. Following the end of class, you will receive a feedback form via email to complete.
