The learning objectives include: health concerns; how radon enters buildings; radon testing methods; how radon can be reduced; the radon disclosure in home sales; radon resistant new construction; and radon licensure requirements. It is a 1.5-hour traditional classroom style lecture course. Opportunities for question and answer are provided throughout the course. This course is approved for 1.5 hour of continuing education credit by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for real estate licensees.
