DescriptionLocation Today’s complex real estate transactions are full of challenges and expose licensees to a number of high areas of risk. This course is designed to explore agency issues, disclosure requirements, negotiation issues, cancellation concerns, contracts and contingencies and will provide guidance on reducing risk liability exposure. Refund Policy – In order to receive a refund for a class you are unable to attend, you must provide a cancellation request within 24 hours of the class. Members who do not cancel within 24 hours, who arrive more than 10 minutes late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Policy – SPAAR reserves the right to cancel any courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements. If a course is cancelled, students will be notified by 5:00pm the day prior to, and will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. This course is approved by the MN Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This Module Satisfies both the 3.75-Hour General Module and the 1-Hour Broker Module requirement.
