Practical Application to Inclusive Representation

Understand the importance of promoting equitable homeownership. Identify best practices in submitting and receiving offers to avoid discrimination. Properly respond to common questions asked by clients and customers. Use inclusive language in advertising and communication. Apply objectives learned in the prior 21/22 Required Module to everyday representation.

⏱️ Be on time or early for class. Do not leave the class or camera view for an extended period of time outside breaks. Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).
Attendees will navigate to their class through SPAAR Community Campus online and are required to Join the Live Zoom Classroom prior to the class start time to receive continuing education credits. Please allow yourself plenty of time; login trouble and technology issues are not excused. You are required to be on video during classes - no exception.

✔️ Be respectful and courteous. Not only is this good business practice, any attendee not engaged and attentive during the class will be denied CE credits. Your are required to be visible on camera during the class.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.
This Module Satisfies the 1-Hour Fair Housing, 1-Hour of Agency Law, and the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement. Students must pass an examination at the end of the course to receive credits for completion of the module.

SPAAR Education Policy for Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows:

SPAAR refund policy-In order to receive a refund for a class, students must provide a cancellation request with-in 24 hours to the class. Students who cancel after, who arrive late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For classes offered to students with no enrollment fee, a $25 no-show fee will be issued for any student who does not cancel 24-hours prior and who does not attend the class, due upon receipt.
