This course is designed for REALTORS® to learn how to use REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) as their all-in-one data and information source to serve customers and clients.  Students will learn how to generate stunning property reports, conduct a detailed CMA in minutes, research schools and neighborhoods – all with one tool.

Refund Policy – In order to receive a refund for a class you are unable to attend, you must provide a cancellation request within 24 hours of the class. Members who do not cancel within 24 hours, who arrive more than 10 minutes late for class, or who do not show up, will not receive a refund. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.    Cancellation Policy – SPAAR reserves the right to cancel any courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements. If a course is cancelled, students will be notified by 5:00pm the day prior to, and will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. 

This course has been approved by the MN Department of Commerce for 1.0 CE hours.
