Attending a Live! Instructor-Led Webinar class is not that much different than attending a class in person at SPAAR. This class will be taught LIVE! by the same instructor as normal, and you can still interact, ask questions, etc. Please read through the guidelines and rules of attendance emailed to you prior to class to make yours and others’ experience a great one!

This one-hour class raises safety awareness and habits in real estate professionals.  Attendees learn best-practice methods for averting or responding to dangerous situations they—and the consumer clients and customers they serve—may encounter when practicing their profession. 

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.
Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a). Students are required to sign-in prior to class start to receive continuing education credits.
